How to explain Yoga?
Yoga, from the sanskrit yui, means ‚yoke’. It describes the connection and unity provided by a yoke: it connects the draft animals thus uniting animal, cart and people. Human being and nature.
Yoga is an integral philosophy of life which regards body, spirit and soul; the elements that make us human beings.
Yoga looks back on more than 1000 years of history. Many exercises and techniques useed in autogenous training (AT), neurolinguistic programming (NLP), spinal training, physiotherapy and breathing therapy originate in the Yoga disciplines.
The original is Yoga!
